Who we are

Animativ Ltd is a UK premium dog-wellness brand. This notice covers only our pre-launch email waitlist. You can contact us at hello@animativ.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your email address (required).
• Your dog’s name, if you choose to share it (optional).
• A record of your marketing consent.
• Basic technical information generated when you submit the form, such as the date and time of submission.

Why we collect it

To let you know when Animativ Joint+ launches and to send occasional product and brand updates. We do not sell your details and we do not use marketing or analytics cookies on this site.

Lawful basis

Consent. You give it by ticking the consent box on the waitlist form, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

Storage and service providers

Your details are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted by our website and infrastructure providers, who process the data on our instructions only. If we later introduce an email delivery provider to send launch news, it will likewise process your details on our instructions.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, or until we decide the launch programme has ended, whichever comes first. After that we delete them or keep a minimal suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake.

Unsubscribing

Email hello@animativ.co.uk at any time and we will remove you. Every launch email we send will also include an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact us at hello@animativ.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

This notice covers the pre-launch waitlist only. It will be expanded before our ecommerce launch to cover orders, accounts and payments.
